The buyer — the physical person having intention to order or acquire the goods or placing the Order on the website http://www.petswell.eu or specified in the Order as the recipient of the Goods.
Registered buyer — the Buyer, provided the Seller individual information (Surname, Name, e-mail address (E-mail), Phone), which can be used to checkout multiple times. This information is provided when Ordering.
The seller — the organization irrespective of its organizational legal form and Individual entrepreneurs engaged in sale of goods remote way. In the framework of this regulation, for customers who register, as an individual, the Seller is LLC Pets Well.
2.1. These "rules of sale of goods in the online store www.promelec.ru" (hereinafter "Rules") define the procedure for the retail sale of Goods through the online store, and in accordance with article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, are the official public offer "IP Kataev" hereinafter referred to as "Seller", addressed to natural or legal persons, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer", collectively, the Seller and Buyer are also referred to as the "Parties" and individually as a "Party".
2.2. Each Party warrants to the other Party that it possesses the necessary legal capacity, and equally all rights and powers necessary and sufficient for the conclusion and execution of the contract of sale.
2.3. When ordering Goods through the online store, the buyer agrees with the Rules set out below.
2.4. The relations between the Buyer and Seller, the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (incl. the regulation on the retail sale (§ 2 Chapter 30), the RF Law "On protection of consumer rights" from 07.02.1992 № 2300-1, rules of sale of goods remotely, approved by the RF Government Regulation № 612 dated 27.09.2007 and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.
2.5. The seller reserves the right to amend these Rules, in connection with which the Buyer shall regularly monitor changes in the Rules posted on the page of the online store. The change notification of these Rules, the Seller is obliged to place not later than 7 (seven) working days prior to the date of their entry into force.
2.6. The buyer agrees to these terms by ticking in the box "sale agree" when placing the Order, or when dialing the relevant telephone number (when Ordering by phone).
2.7. The minimum order is 20 euro.
2.8. The minimum amount for each item is 10 euro.
